New build VillaVerde Les Sables d’Olonne, Olonne-sur-Mer (France) 2020

Construction of the new garden center VillaVerde Les Sables d’Olonne was part of a development area of shopping centers, hotels and housing.

Breddels Architecten created the design for this new garden center in cooperation with a French architect. This design has given the building an appearance that fits more in line with a garden center.

The outdoor sales area has been fitted with a covered walkway and façade cladding that matches with the rest of the shopping centers in the area. Due to the level difference in the landscape, we were also assigned to create a parking lot, an entrance area and surrounding grounds.

This particular garden center also has a large animal department, a veterinary clinic and an outdoor area for animals.
